Transportation is defined as the act or process of moving people or things from one place to another, a way of traveling from one place to another place, and a system for moving passengers or goods from one place to another. Through transportation, one culture is able to develop, expand, and share their language, beliefs, goods, food, and identity. Transporting those goods, ideas, and people is at the heart of all civilizations because one culture is influence and interdependent of other cultures.
Transportation has had dramatic changes over time. We have gone from wooden boats to self-driving cars and from chariots to racecars. As time goes on the style and innovations of vehicles will change to reflect the aesthetic values of the culture. Transportation consist of many of the universals such as aesthetic values, food clothing and shelter, and of course technology. Those are only a few of the topics that will be covered in this article. |
Technology has applied to transportation ever since it became mechanical and technology will advance for as long as it exist. The problem with rapid progressing technology is the cost because the newest tech is very expensive and often unavailable to the public.
Transportation is connected to religion because as you travel to other lands you take your religion with you. When you spread your religion you also experience others and that connects your religions a little better. Transportation has gotten more complex as mans knowledge grows. Some of the innovations that have been put into new vehicles are wifi, soundproof ,and hands free stoping. Those are a few of the new innovations added to vehicles as mans knowledge grows. The Fields of science needed for creating vehicles are engineering, manufacturing, and forces of motion. Famous inventors of vehicles are Henry Ford, George Stephenson, The Wright Brothers. |
